Stonebridge Companies is a development, acquisition and construction company headquartered in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Stonebridge was formed in 2002 and subsequent to its formation has developed or is in the process of completing 740 units of rental housing in Minnesota with $110 million development budget. Stonebridge also acquires existing multifamily housing properties and land for future development. In 2003 Stonebridge completed the acquisition of a $12 million existing apartment building and purchased an interest in 110 acres of future residential development property south of the metropolitan area. Stonebridge also acquired for future development a site, for 76 units in Lakeville, Minnesota.

Stonebridge is the general contractor for the properties it is developing in the twin city metropolitan area. To date, Stonebridge Construction, Inc. has completed or has under construction approximately $80 million of contracted work.

Stonebridge has expanded its residential housing activities to include for sale condominiums and senior cooperatives and is in the marketing and Construction on more than 250 units with projected sales value in excess of $52 million. Stonebridge will be the general contractor for these developments.
